Refund Policy - Digital Voucher or License Code

All unclaimed digital software purchases may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and digital products are not returnable for cash refunds once purchased.
  

Please note: Once you click to redeem a digital purchase, it is no longer returnable. This process reveals the unique license code needed to register the product. After a license code has been revealed, we cannot reclaim it.
