My Product is Damaged or Defective; How Do I Return It?

    Not sure what the problem is, but after receiving an order that was defective, trying to get a response from customer service has been very slow.  It has so far taken over 3 business days with no response. I have never encountered this slow a response from any of my many other online purchases.

    As a frequent customer, the fun of purchasing from this company has diminished.

    Currently a disappointed customer.
